Sausage Donut

Ingredients :

A.High Protein Flour  200g
    Cake Flour              50g
    Instant Yeast              5g

B.Castor Sugar             30g
    Salt                             5g
    Milk Powder             10g


C. Egg                             25g
     Cold Water or Milk  120g

D. Butter                          40g


Topping :

Chicken Sausage              10 pcs (cut into half)
Egg                                    1 no
Bread Crumbs                 200g

Method :

1. Mix A, add in B & C at medium speed for 5minutes.Add D and mix for further 10-15 mins until it is smooth and elastic.

2. Leave the dough on floured surface,covered with clingfilm, let it rises for 30-40 mins till double in size.

3. Divide dough into 30g, roll into round.Rest for 10 mins. Using a rolling pin roll into longish size, wrap the
half sausage in it. Dip into egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs. Leave it on floured tray to rest for another 30mins.

4. Heat up sufficient oil to 160C-170C. Deep fry donut until golden brown. Dish out and drain.
